Welcome to Topeka's 2021 weight loss contest hosted by Heartland Health & Wellness and sponsored by local businesses.  Heartland Health & Wellness is focused on improving the health of Topeka & the surrounding community.  Their board certified providers offer medically managed weight loss that is customized for each patient in order to achieve their desired weight loss goals.  The weight loss program uses a combination of diet & lifestyle modifications along with FDA approved weight loss medications.

Obesity is on the rise and puts individuals at risk for several other serious health problems including diabetes, heart disease, strokes, arthritis, digestive problems, & increased risk of certain cancers. 

A drawing will be done to choose contestants with limited slots available.  The contestants who are drawn will take part in the Heartland Health & Wellness medically managed weight loss program for FREE.  The contest is 12 weeks long and includes weekly appointments with one of the board certified providers at Heartland Health & Wellness.  At the end of the 12 weeks the participant with the largest percentage of weight loss will win a grand prize.  Second and third place contestants will also win a prize.
